Seamless collaboration between you, Flux, and other AI agents
Over the past few months, we have improved how well Flux listens, builds, and shares progress. It is now easier to brainstorm before building, work iteratively on your layout, and integrate Flux with other AI tools to keep your hardware and software development in sync.
Flux now connects directly into the broader AI tooling stack through its public MCP server. External agents like Claude, Cursor, Devin, Codex, ChatGPT, and Notion AI can query live board context and drive hardware or PCB work programmatically.
Engineers are already connecting tools like Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Codex to Flux to design production-bound hardware, including ESP32-S3-powered designs, power management systems, and scientific instrumentation.
That means coding agents can generate firmware headers from real pin assignments and net names, or keep hardware and software in sync by detecting conflicts, asking Flux to update the schematic, and updating firmware to match.
