The device integrates DSP slices, block RAM, UltraRAM, high-speed serial transceivers, PCI Express® support, DDR memory interfaces, Gigabit Ethernet, and advanced clock management resources. Operating from a 0.825 V to 0.876 V core supply, it is specified for the industrial temperature range of −40°C to +100°C (TJ) and is housed in a 676-ball FCBGA (27 × 27 mm) package for high-density PCB designs.
