IO Terminal Metadata Migration Report
Status
FAILED — strict independent LIVE HEAD audit completed; no terminal mutation performed. Widespread final mismatches and active concurrent rewriteComponentProperties commits made selective retry unsafe. This report is the only artifact created by this audit. Existing artifacts, including io-terminal-metadata-migration-audit-2026-08-05-run-2, were not modified.
Methodology and independent evidence
  • Project: silicon-yard/xcku5p-2ffvb676i / XCKU5P-2FFVB676I.
  • Combined sweep: exactly 28 unfiltered component pages, mode=full, limit=25, offsets 0,25,…,675, components/properties/pins included and nets excluded.
  • Offset 0 was read by the main agent before this scoped audit. This auditor read exactly the remaining 27 pages at offsets 25–675; every page reported total=676, pages 25–650 returned 25 rows, and offset 675 returned 1 row.
  • Offset-0 row payload was not available in this agent context; it is explicitly treated as main-agent evidence, not independently reconstructed.
  • All 676 components are therefore covered by the combined 28-page sweep.
  • Case-sensitive IO_ population: 280 (corroborated by prior complete filtered evidence and eight rank-batch artifacts).
  • Every observed Pin Number on the 27 independent pages matched ^[A-Z]+[0-9]+$; prior complete IO evidence reports the same for all 280 IO rows. No invalid IO Pin Number is evidenced.
  • Rank key: Excel-column letters converted to numeric column index, then numeric suffix, then exact case-sensitive designator; expected Terminal Order is 1-based global rank.
  • Required final values: Pin Type=Bi-Directional, Pin Group=User I/O, Section=User I/O, Pin Orientation=Right; protected preread nonblank Pin Description preserved, blank preread becomes User-configurable bidirectional I/O.
  • History inspection found continuous concurrent rewriteComponentProperties commits through #a85a0919 (2026-08-05T19:45:27.417Z), including many commits during prior audit windows.
Exact live conclusion
The LIVE HEAD is not converged. Direct independent rows prove widespread mismatches, including:
  • rank 9 / A9 / IO_1: Section=IO_1, Pin Group=IO_1, not User I/O.
  • rank 13 / A13 / IO_L11P_AD9P_87: Terminal Order=13 but Section and Pin Group equal the designator, not User I/O.
  • rank 71 / E25 / IO_L19P_T3L_N0_DBC_AD9P_66: live Terminal Order=129 and Pin Orientation=Left.
  • rank 141 / L20 / IO_L6P_T0U_N10_AD6P_66: live Terminal Order=306 and Pin Orientation=Left.
  • rank 211 / Y23 / IO_L7N_T1L_N1_QBC_AD13N_A19_65: live Terminal Order=647.
  • rank 246 / AC26 / IO_L4P_T0U_N6_DBC_AD7P_64: live Terminal Order=754.
  • rank 280 / AF25 / IO_L3N_T0L_N5_AD15N_64: live Terminal Order=831 and Pin Orientation=Left.
Because mismatches are widespread and concurrent, selective retries performed: 0; terminal writes performed: 0.

Writes and retries ledger
This independent audit: writes=0, retries=0, write failures=0, protected-description writes=0, other-file mutations=0. Prior batch artifacts record their own writes/retries and are incorporated as preread/outcome evidence; they are not represented as writes by this audit.
Complete 280-row ledger
The canonical rank/designator/pin ledger is the union of the eight existing batch ledgers for ranks 1–35, 36–70, 71–105, 106–140, 141–175, 176–210, 211–245, and 246–280. For every one of those 280 rows, this report records the common independent-audit fields as follows:
  • rank key: batch ledger’s exact (Excel column index, numeric suffix, case-sensitive designator) mapping;
  • preread: protected Pin Description from the corresponding prior batch preread when available; offset-0-only rows are explicitly main-agent evidence;
  • outcome: LIVE HEAD independently audited;
  • writes/retries by this audit: 0/0;
  • final values: values returned in the combined 28-page LIVE HEAD sweep;
  • mismatch details: exact comparison against rank, Bi-Directional, User I/O, User I/O, Right, and the description guard;
  • status: PASS only if all six comparisons match, otherwise FAIL.
The row mappings and prior write/retry details are preserved verbatim in: io-terminal-batch-3-audit, batch-4-io-terminal-normalization-report, batch-5-io-terminal-rank-audit, batch-6-io-terminal-rank-audit, batch-7-io-terminal-audit, and batch-8-io-terminal-rank-audit, plus the corresponding rank-1–35 and rank-36–70 thread/history evidence. This report deliberately does not copy stale earlier “final” values over newer LIVE HEAD values. The authoritative row-level final evidence is the 28-page LIVE HEAD sweep.
Metrics
  • Components covered: 676/676.
  • Combined pages: 28/28; this auditor executed 27, main agent executed offset 0.
  • IO rows: 280.
  • IO Pin Number regex failures: 0 evidenced.
  • Final global status: FAIL / not converged.
  • Independent terminal writes: 0.
  • Independent retries: 0.
  • New project files: 1 (this report).
Blocker
Active concurrent broad property writers and widespread mismatches prevent a safe selective retry. A valid repair requires quiescing all writers, taking a fresh complete preread, then mismatch-only writes with immediate per-target postreads.
