The source footprint is not actually 1000× undersized—the inspector reports geometry internally in meters while the imported footprint is defined in millimeters. I did find small land-pattern deviations, so I’m correcting the pads to Microchip’s nominal 5.90 mm row spacing and 0.45 × 1.45 mm land size.

Corrected the footprint to Microchip’s recommended 14-pin TSSOP land pattern:

The apparent 1000× error was a unit-display mismatch: internal geometry was reported in meters, while the footprint source uses millimeters. The effective pad geometry is now explicitly set to the datasheet dimensions.
