0603 footprint matches the rest of your passives.
0 Ω, 0.1 W rating is more than enough for a logic-level jumper between GAIN and GND.
All three series are stocked at Digikey/Mouser/Arrow, so sourcing should be straightforward.

Pick any one; they’re functionally identical for this purpose. After adding it, label it R_GAIN and wire:

GAIN pin → R_GAIN → GND net.
