Reading docs about Why might the Start button on the plan bar be unclickable in Flux, especially when viewing a project without edit access? How does a user start a plan or create a new editable project?.

Malamang kaya hindi mo ma-click ang Start ay dahil wala kang edit access sa current project. View-only ka rito, kaya hindi ka makakapagpa-execute ng plan sa project na ito.
