Prerequisites
Multimeter, oscilloscope, nRF SWD debugger, BLE test phone/app, current-limited bench supply, Qi transmitter.
1. Visual Inspection
  • Inspect QFN/LGA/BGA pads, U.FL connectors, SKRPACE010 switch, MAX30102 optical opening alignment, and Qi coil soldering.

4. User Interface
  • Press SW1: verify PMIC wake from ship mode.
  • Hold SW1 >10 s: verify ship/off entry.
  • Blink D1 from nRF5340 GPIO P0.13.
  • Drive/observe D2 from BQ25180 status output behavior.
5. RF / Optical Checks
  • BLE RF path: verify U.FL launch continuity and no short to shield.
  • GPS RF path: verify U.FL launch continuity and antenna separation.
  • MAX30102: verify optical window, gasket/light isolation, and skin-facing orientation.
