Resolving Copper DRC Errors

I can’t cancel that server-side auto-layout job from the chat tools. You’ll need to discard it manually in the Flux UI job/auto-layout panel.
Once it is cleared, send:
rerun focused route
Then I’ll run exactly:
  1. one routing attempt
  2. one DRC count check
  3. stop immediately.
rerun focused route
I’ll run exactly one routing attempt, then one DRC count check, and stop.
Routing attempt failed: the same stuck outOfCredit job is still active.
Final DRC count check: 130 items remain.

BOM Update — RGB LED and Battery NTC Safety Add
Summary
This document records the latest BOM-impacting design changes:
  1. Replaced separate blue BLE/status LED and red charge LED with one addressable RGB LED.
  2. Added BQ25180 battery-temperature sensing using a 10 kΩ NTC thermistor and 10 kΩ VBAT pull-up on the TS/MR node.
Added / Updated BOM Lines

Connectivity Notes
  • WS2812B-Mini VDD → 3V3; VSS → GND; DIN driven from nRF5340 P0.13 through 33 Ω series resistor; DOUT is no-connect.
  • BQ25180 ~INT/status → nRF5340 P0.14 GPIO input so firmware controls all LED states through D1.
  • BQ25180 TS/MR node now includes push-button/debounce plus battery NTC divider: 10 kΩ pull-up to VBAT and 10 kΩ NTC to GND.
Open Accuracy Items
  • Replace RT1 placeholder with exact Murata NCP15XH103F03RC library component once available, or import/create the exact MacroFab-approved part before release.
  • Qty-500 pricing should be refreshed from distributor/MacroFab quote after final AVL is locked.
