Completed the battery-emulator schematic with four 4 mm direct solder pads—VBUS, GND, BMS Cell+, and BMS Cell−—and no connectors. Datasheet corrections were applied, and ERC now reports no errors or warnings.

Finalize the ≤4 mm polymer capacitor MPNs and LM5176 compensation.
Reassess TVS clamping and the 5.5 A eFuse limit.
Hardware testing is required for Pixel startup, PD transitions, BMS behavior, transients, and thermals.
I’ll resolve both protection bottlenecks against worst-case 4.5 V startup and 21 V PD operation, replace or resize parts as needed, then re-run connectivity and ERC checks before layout.
