Open items:

Datasheet URL was already set to an official Neutrik page, so I did not change it.
12 of 13 terminal Pin Number properties mismatch Neutrik’s circuit-reference PDF.
Footprint has the expected 13 labeled pads, but exact pad geometry still needs manual verification against the official drawing/DXF.

Suggested next steps:

Update the terminal Pin Number properties to match the official Neutrik mapping.
Add Pin Description values for all terminals.
Replace the weak Package or Case Code: TO value with a connector-specific package description.
Verify the footprint geometry against the official Neutrik DXF/mechanical drawing.

Neutrik NSJ12HF-1 is a horizontal PCB-mount dual 1/4″ stereo stacking jack socket with switched contacts, full threaded nose, and high-density 1RU-compatible form factor. Rated 3 A per contact, 0.5 A switch contact at 50 V, 1 kVdc dielectric strength, and -25 °C to +70 °C operating range.
