Updated and verified the footprint:
- Added a 4 mm central isolation keepout on Top and Bottom layers.
- Added dashed isolation boundaries at X = ±2 mm.
- Added the 35.5 × 22.4 mm no-parts-under-module boundary.
- Added primary-side “GND copper only” and placement warning labels.
- Confirmed all seven original pads and coordinates remain unchanged.
