The symbol has the correct seven pins, numbering, names, and sensible primary-side-left / isolated-output-right organization. No pin-number swap was found.

Matching details
  • Seven SMD pads are present and mapped to pins 1–7.
  • Pad size is 2.2 × 2.8 mm, matching the Murata recommended land pattern.
  • Primary-side pad X coordinate is approximately −15.22 mm and secondary-side pad X coordinate is +15.22 mm, matching the drawing’s approximately 30.44 mm row separation.
  • Key Y coordinates/pitches match the recommended pattern: ±7.62 mm, 3.0 mm pitch for pins 3–5, and the special pin-2 offset.
  • Body outline is 35.5 × 22.4 mm, matching the nominal package dimensions.
  • A pin-1 marker is present.
  • A 3D STEP model is attached.
Mismatches / risks
  1. Isolation/placement keepout is not encoded. Murata’s recommended footprint includes an isolation-barrier keepout and layout cautions, including not placing components under the module. The current footprint only contains body, silkscreen, courtyard, pads, and model; it does not contain a dedicated keepout geometry.
  2. Primary-side copper guidance is not encoded. The datasheet includes primary-side pattern restrictions/ground guidance. These are not represented as PCB rules in the footprint.
  3. Package metadata is underspecified. “Module” should ideally identify the package as a 7-SMD surface-mount module, 35.5 × 22.4 mm.
  4. Pin electrical metadata is incomplete. Every terminal has Pin Type: Unspecified and lacks a human-readable Pin Description. This does not change physical connectivity but weakens ERC, search, and downstream documentation.
  5. Part classification is broad. Part Type: Integrated Circuits is not wrong at a high level, but “Isolated DC-DC Converter Module” or “Power Module” would be more precise.
Overall Verdict
Electrical identity, pinout, pad count, pad dimensions, and nominal footprint coordinates match the official Murata datasheet. The part is usable, but it should be treated as mechanically incomplete until the datasheet’s isolation/under-module keepout guidance is represented in the footprint or enforced at board level. The most important functional metadata improvement is adding pin descriptions and appropriate electrical pin types.
