Offline Flyback SMPS Transformer – Surface-mount flyback transformer optimized for offline AC-DC LED drivers and switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) using flyback converter topologies. Designed for 120 V to 375 V DC primary input, it features 800 µH primary inductance (at 10 kHz), 68 kHz to 100 kHz switching frequency, and 4500 Vrms reinforced isolation between primary and secondary windings for enhanced safety. Includes dual 5 V secondary windings (2 A each) and a 20 V auxiliary winding (configurable as 6 V + 14 V) for controller bias and feedback circuitry.
