ERC still reports many warnings, primarily:
Numerous unused pins on the A7672SA LASE_ substitute LTE module.
J_CS_IN is only a 2-pin placeholder, but the specification requires a 4-pin current path connector.
Some analog conditioning support parts still need final bias/gain wiring validation.
D_STATUS LED still needs a series resistor and final GPIO assignment.
Blocking Items Before Layout/Gerbers
Replace placeholder HV/current connectors with correctly rated exact connectors, especially 415VAC and 4-pin current path connectors.
Confirm the selected A7672SA LASE_ pinout against the intended A7672S-FASE design before marking unused pins NC.
Replace generic safety-critical snubber capacitor with certified Class-X2 630VAC part.
Resolve ERC warnings before PCB placement/routing/export.
Safety Note
Because this design includes 415VAC motor-control wiring, layout and Gerber export should not proceed until HV connector ratings, isolation clearances, optocoupler barrier strategy, and safety-rated snubber components are confirmed.
