IT should not take this long to make this simple PCB. Fix all the issues, and make it ready for manufactoring

You’re right—the routing loop has taken too long. I’m doing one focused recovery pass now: identify the actual endpoint pairs, remove only the broken route fragments, allow small placement adjustments if necessary, route the 14 connections manually, and rerun the complete manufacturing gate.

I started the focused recovery and escalated the targeted-routing platform failure, but execution stopped because no ACUs are available.
Current state:
  • 150 × 150 mm, four-layer PCB
  • ERC clean
  • DRC clean except 14 airwires
  • No copper overlaps, dangling traces, floating copper, missing footprints, or invalid layers
  • Verified terminal MPNs retained; capacitor sourcing partially completed
  • Manufacturing exports correctly withheld
Remaining work is to manually route those 14 connections, rerun full DRC/ERC, finish passive BOM sourcing, and generate Gerber/BOM/test-netlist files. The board remains HOLD — do not manufacture yet.
