Project: Universal Configurable 10-Battery Controller – Concept Model Date: 2026-07-13
Completed the PCB presentation cleanup: preserved the schematic, reorganized the board into labelled functional zones, added mounting holes, section boxes, polarity labels, concept warnings, and routed selected verified low-voltage/control nets without forcing the battery matrix.
Open items:
  • Remaining airwires are expected for the concept-only matrix and some unforced low-voltage items.
  • A small ESP32 module GND/mount footprint overlap warning remains.
  • I could not directly set/export saved 3D camera views from here.
Files created:
Suggested next steps:
  1. Open the 3D viewer and capture the requested presentation angles.
  2. Review the top PCB view for silkscreen readability.
  3. If this ever moves beyond presentation, redesign the high-current battery matrix from real electrical requirements.
I’ll read the attached instructions and apply them to the current project if they’re actionable, without recreating the schematic unless explicitly required.
Blocked: your account currently has no available ACUs, so I can’t continue executing PCB edits or checks.
Accomplished this session:
  • Read the new attachment and confirmed it is a continuation/polish request for the existing project.
  • Re-ran board/routing checks.
  • Identified the remaining ESP32 warning as two unnamed ESP32 footprint mount/dummy pads overlapping the real GND pad.
  • Attempted a non-destructive fix by disabling those duplicate dummy pads, but the latest inspection still showed them active, so the issue remains unresolved.
Remaining work:
  • Remove or correctly neutralize the two duplicate ESP32 dummy pads causing the GND/mount overlap.
  • Re-run DRC and routing precheck.
  • Continue verified low-voltage routing only, while keeping BATTERY_POWER_MATRIX_CONCEPT_ONLY conceptual.
  • Update PCB Final Review Notes, Draft BOM, and Schematic Review Notes after final checks.

Universal Configurable 10-Battery Controller – Concept Model
Purpose
Presentation-only concept PCB for an ESP32-S3 controlled universal configurable controller for up to ten separate low-voltage battery inputs.
Scope
This project is a visual and architectural concept model, not a production-ready battery-management or high-current switching design.
Required Blocks
  • Ten separate battery connectors labeled CELL1+ / CELL1− through CELL10+ / CELL10−.
  • ESP32-S3 controller section.
  • USB-C programming and system-upload port.
  • MOSFET-based solid-state switching placeholder sections.
  • Battery-voltage monitoring and temperature-monitoring sections.
  • Programmable charging concept section.
  • Controlled output port.
  • Display, rotary encoder, and status LEDs.
  • Power-supply and protection placeholder sections.
  • PCB layout with clear silkscreen labels.
  • Available low-voltage routing.
  • Presentation-quality 3D PCB view using available component models.
  • Draft BOM and review notes.
Critical Safety/Concept Constraint
High-current battery series/parallel matrix wiring is intentionally conceptual and must be clearly marked: BATTERY POWER MATRIX – CONCEPT ONLY.
Implementation Policy
Use closest available generic placeholders when exact components, MPNs, footprints, or 3D models are unavailable. Do not block implementation on missing exact parts.
