Universal Configurable 10-Battery Controller – Concept Model
Purpose
Presentation-only concept PCB for an ESP32-S3 controlled universal configurable controller for up to ten separate low-voltage battery inputs.
Scope
This project is a visual and architectural concept model, not a production-ready battery-management or high-current switching design.
Required Blocks
- Ten separate battery connectors labeled CELL1+ / CELL1− through CELL10+ / CELL10−.
- ESP32-S3 controller section.
- USB-C programming and system-upload port.
- MOSFET-based solid-state switching placeholder sections.
- Battery-voltage monitoring and temperature-monitoring sections.
- Programmable charging concept section.
- Controlled output port.
- Display, rotary encoder, and status LEDs.
- Power-supply and protection placeholder sections.
- PCB layout with clear silkscreen labels.
- Available low-voltage routing.
- Presentation-quality 3D PCB view using available component models.
- Draft BOM and review notes.
Critical Safety/Concept Constraint
High-current battery series/parallel matrix wiring is intentionally conceptual and must be clearly marked: BATTERY POWER MATRIX – CONCEPT ONLY.
Implementation Policy
Use closest available generic placeholders when exact components, MPNs, footprints, or 3D models are unavailable. Do not block implementation on missing exact parts.
