Project renamed and the attached requirements were captured in a project specification. I’m adding the schematic blocks now using generic placeholders where exact parts aren’t necessary for the concept.

Schematic blocks are now in place: ten cell connectors, ESP32-S3 USB-C control, monitoring muxes, UI, charger placeholder, protection, and a clearly named conceptual battery matrix net. I’m running checks and will clean up critical issues before layout.
