ETA1061 is an ultra-low quiescent current synchronous boost converter from ETA Solutions designed for battery-powered and energy-constrained applications. The device features only 1 µA quiescent current, startup from input voltages as low as 0.8 V, and can deliver up to 5 V at 0.4 A from a 3 V input source. Its integrated synchronous rectifier, output disconnect function, reverse current blocking, and short-circuit protection eliminate the need for external Schottky diodes while maximizing efficiency up to 94%. Operating at a fixed 1.4 MHz switching frequency, ETA1061 enables compact PCB designs using small inductors and ceramic capacitors. It is ideal for IoT devices, wearables, smart sensors, power banks, portable electronics, energy harvesting systems, and ultra-low-power battery-operated products.
