Understanding UCC28740DR Functionality

I found several work-blocking risks: UCC28740 VDD/VS and LMR33620 VCC are flagged as not driven, transformer pins T2:S2/S2_1 are floating, there are 55 PCB airwire errors, and many generic passives lack voltage/current/power ratings needed for signoff. T2 is intended to produce ~24 VDC on the main isolated output and ~16.5 V on the auxiliary winding, but the current schematic appears to wire the secondary incorrectly: the datasheet says to tie pins 8+9 together and 12+13 together, while pins 12/13 are floating in the project. That means the actual output voltage is currently undefined / likely not working until T2 is rewired per the datasheet.
