Reading docs about plan bar Start button disabled blanked out cannot start plan.

The most relevant entry I found says Flux only enables Start after it has generated a step-by-step execution plan for you to review:

Flux creates a step-by-step plan before making changes - so you’re always in control.
Flux outlines all proposed modifications before executing them in the editor. This gives you complete visibility into what’s about to happen and the chance to review, adjust, or reject any part of the plan.

Flux responds with a plan
Before applying any changes, Flux will generate a plan. This plan includes all the design actions Flux intends to take.

Approve to execute
Once you’re happy with the plan, hit Start. Flux will carry out the changes in the Flux Editor exactly as described - no surprises.

To pinpoint why yours is blanked out: do you currently see an actual plan with steps shown in the plan bar (expandable items), or is there no plan displayed at all? If it looks like a UI bug (plan is visible but Start is still disabled), that’s worth reporting to Flux Support: Contact Support.
