I’m blocked from executing the schematic generation because this account currently has no available ACUs, so AI design tools are unavailable right now.
What’s been accomplished so far:
Project exists but is still empty: 0 components, 0 nets.
No schematic, parts, wiring, documentation, or validation has been created yet.
I reviewed the requested architecture: USB-C 5 V input, ESP32 WiFi, 12 V-powered RS485 ultrasonic flow sensor interface, 3.3 V logic rail, protection, UART programming, status LEDs, and reset/enable support.
What remains to be done once ACUs are available:
Select concrete parts: ESP32 module, USB-C input/protection parts, 5 V→12 V boost regulator, 3.3 V regulator, RS485 transceiver, headers/connectors, LEDs, and passives.
Calculate the power budget, especially because the sensor needs 12 V while USB-C provides 5 V.
Generate the schematic and wiring.
Add project documentation: specification, firmware pin map, bring-up plan, and regulatory notes for WiFi.
Run ERC/design review and fix any schematic issues.
Wirelessly connects nets on schematic. Used to organize schematics and separate functional blocks. To wirelessly connect net portals, give them same designator. #portal
