Yes - 0.15 mm is present, but with an important detail:
Trace width status

| Preferred trace widths | 0.15 mm, 0.30 mm, 0.50 mm |
So the answer is:
- 0.15 mm exists as a preferred trace width
- 0.15 mm is not the current default trace width
- The current default is 0.254 mm
If you want, I can change the default net trace width to 0.15 mm too.
