To generate a fully‐populated simulationModel you need the element UIDs of each terminal (Gate, Source, Drain) in your schematic. Here’s how:

In the schematic editor, click on the Gate terminal (G).
In the right-hand inspector, copy the UID field (not the library Part UID).
Repeat for the Source (S) and Drain (D) terminals.

Once you have those three UIDs, plug them into this template:
