La broche EN (Enable) du TPS5430 doit être tirée "high" pour activer le régulateur. Dans le design actuel, un terminal dédié EN est déjà placé et relié à la broche EN de IC1.
Voici deux options possibles :

Activation permanente :
Si vous souhaitez que le régulateur reste activé en permanence, connectez le terminal EN directement au rail d'entrée (par exemple VIN) de sorte que la tension sur EN dépasse le seuil d'activation indiqué dans la datasheet (typiquement quelques volts). -
Commande externe :
Si vous voulez pouvoir activer/désactiver le régulateur via une commande (par exemple par un microcontrôleur), reliez EN à une sortie digitale et assurez-vous que la tension "high" soit suffisante pour activer l'IC (généralement 3,3 V ou 5 V, selon ce qui est requis par votre TPS5430).
