I’ll repurpose LED1 and reflect your wiring:

Repurpose LED1: reconnect R18 from GPIO25 to GPIO22; keep LED1 cathode on GND.
Add DS1307: place DS1307, wire VCC→VBUS, GND→GND, SDA→GPIO26_ADC0, SCL→GPIO27_ADC1. Add note “I2C pull-ups on external module.”
Add two LEDs: GPIO21→220 Ω→LED→GND and GPIO28→220 Ω→LED→GND using the same LED footprint as LED1 and resistor template as R18.
