The two-piece PETG snap-fit enclosure is built and placed, with the battery bay removed in favor of a 32 × 32 mm glue-ready surface. Clearance is corrected to 0.62 mm minimum, and both parts compile as independent single solids.

However, I cannot honestly release it as final: the current CAD reconstructs the paw surface rather than deriving it exactly from the supplied STL. The available mesh-processing workflow could not import the STL into editable parametric geometry.

To finish with guaranteed paw fidelity, I need the original model as STEP/BREP, or its exact profile/sections as SVG, DXF, or coordinate data.
