I’ll inspect the current PCB for board setup, placement quality, airwires, and routing status, then automatically place and/or route only what is needed and verify the result.
The PCB needs both: it is still on the oversized default 160 × 100 mm outline with scattered placement, and it has 44 airwires plus one copper overlap. I’ll compact and functionally place it first, then clean stale copper and auto-route it with wider horn-pulse power paths.
Auto-layout is applied: the board is now 50 × 80 mm, two-layer, fully placed, and routed with reinforced pulse-current paths. I’m running an independent final DRC and visual layout check now.
Auto-layout applied: the PCB is now 50 × 80 mm, 2-layer, with all 26 components top-mounted and 225 routed segments / 16 vias. Final checks show 0 airwires, overlaps, dangling traces, invalid layers, or out-of-board components; 1 A horn pulse paths use 1.0 mm traces.
Open item: generic/header parts still lack manufacturer part numbers.
Next: review silkscreen, validate the horn pulse thermally/electrically, then export manufacturing files.
