Set all six U1 footprints to the SOIC-8 package.
Recreated the +12 V and GND nets.
Added 0.1 µF bypass capacitors on each U1 VCC pin.
Added bulk input capacitors C35 and C36 on +12 V (C35:P1→+12 V, C35:P2→GND; C36:P1→+12 V, C36:P2→GND).

Classify nets into power, ground, and signal classes.
Set trace-width rules for +12 V and GND nets.
Final schematic/layout review and export of BOM, Gerbers, and pick-and-place data.
