  • TPS54331D

    TPS54331D

The TPS54331 device is a 28-V, 3-A nonsynchronous buck converter that integrates a low RDS(on) high-side MOSFET. To increase efficiency at light loads, a pulse skipping Eco-mode feature is automatically activated. Furthermore, the 1-μA shutdown supply-current allows the device to be used in battery-powered applications. Current mode control with internal slope compensation simplifies the external compensation calculations and reduces component count while allowing the use of ceramic output capacitors. A resistor divider programs the hysteresis of the input undervoltage lockout. An overvoltage transient protection circuit limits voltage overshoots during start-up and transient conditions. A cycle-by-cycle current-limit scheme, frequency foldback and thermal shutdown protect the device and the load in the event of an overload condition. The TPS54331 device is available in an 8-pin SOIC package and 8-pin SO PowerPAD integrated circuit package that have been internally optimized to improve thermal performance. • 3.5 to 28-V input voltage range • Adjustable output voltage down to 0.8 V • Integrated 80-mΩ high-side MOSFET supports up to 3-A continuous output current • High efficiency at light loads with a pulse skipping Eco-mode • Fixed 570-kHz switching frequency • Typical 1-μA shutdown quiescent current • Adjustable slow-start limits inrush currents • Programmable UVLO threshold • Overvoltage transient protection • Cycle-by-cycle current limit, frequency foldback, and thermal shutdown protection • Available in easy-to-use SOIC8 package or thermally-enhanced SOIC8 PowerPAD™ integrated circuit package • Create a custom design using the TPS54331 with the WEBENCH® Power Designer • Use TPS62933 for a 30 VIN converter with higher frequency, lower IQ and improved EMI #CommonPartsLibrary #IntegratedCircuit #PowerManagement

  • TPS3828-33DBVR

    TPS3828-33DBVR

Supervisor Open Drain or Open Collector 1 Channel SOT-23-5 The TPS382x family of supervisors provide circuit initialization and timing supervision, primarily for DSP and processor-based systems. During power on, RESET asserts when the supply voltage VDD becomes greater than 1.1V. Thereafter, the supply voltage supervisor monitors VDD and keeps RESET active low as long as VDD remains less than the threshold voltage, VIT−. An internal timer delays the return of the output to the inactive state (high) to make sure proper system reset. The delay time, td, starts after VDD has risen above the threshold voltage (VIT− + VHYS). When the supply voltage drops below the threshold voltage VIT−, the output becomes active (low) again. No external components are required. All the devices of this family have a fixed-sense threshold voltage, VIT–, set by an internal voltage divider. The TPS382x family also offers watchdog time out options of 200ms (TPS3820) and 1.6s (TPS3823, TPS3824, and TPS3828). • Power-on reset generator with a fixed delay time of 200ms (TPS3823, TPS3824, TPS3825, and TPS3828) or 25ms (TPS3820) • Manual reset input (TPS3820, TPS3823, TPS3825, and TPS3828) • Reset output available in active-low (TPS3820, TPS3823, TPS3824, and TPS3825), active-high (TPS3824 and TPS3825), and open drain (TPS3828) • Supply voltage supervision range: 2.5V, 3V, 3.3V, 5V • Watchdog timer (TPS3820, TPS3823, TPS3824, and TPS3828) • Supply current of 15μA (typical) • 5-pin SOT-23 package • Temperature range: −40°C to 85°C (−40°C to 125°C for TPS3823A-33) #CommonPartsLibrary #IntegratedCircuit #PowerManagement #Supervisor

  • TPS259540DSGT

    TPS259540DSGT

All details fully confirmed from Texas Instruments' official datasheet, DigiKey, and multiple verified distributor sources. Here's the complete spec. Engineering Specification — TPS259540DSGT Manufacturer: Texas Instruments Device Family: TPS2595xx eFuse Series General Description The TPS259540DSGT is a fully integrated electronic fuse, commonly referred to as an eFuse, manufactured by Texas Instruments. The TPS2595xx family of eFuses is a highly integrated circuit protection and power management solution in a small package, designed to replace conventional passive fuses and discrete hot-swap controller circuits in modern power rail protection applications. Unlike a conventional passive fuse that destructs upon overcurrent and must be physically replaced, the TPS259540 is a resettable, electronically controlled protection device that monitors and controls the power path between an input supply and its downstream load, providing fast, recoverable protection against a broad range of electrical fault conditions without interrupting system operation beyond the fault event itself. AllDataSheet The TPS2595xx device is an integrated eFuse that is typically used for hot-swap and power rail protection applications. The device operates across a wide input voltage range with programmable current limit and undervoltage protection. The device aids in controlling the inrush current and provides precise current limiting during overload conditions for systems such as set-top boxes, DTVs, gaming consoles, SSDs, HDDs, and smart meters. The device also provides robust protection for multiple faults on the sub-system rail. Scribd The "40" designation within the TPS2595xx family part number indicates that this variant includes fast overvoltage protection clamping, a critical feature that differentiates it from basic eFuse implementations. Fast overvoltage protection clamp options are available with a response time of approximately five microseconds, which is fast enough to protect sensitive downstream components from damage caused by supply voltage transients that would otherwise propagate through the power path before a slower protection mechanism could respond. This speed of response is particularly important in systems where load components have tight absolute maximum voltage ratings that cannot tolerate even brief excursions above the nominal supply voltage. El-Component The device provides various factory-programmed settings and user-manageable settings, which allow device configuration for handling different transient and steady-state supply and load fault conditions, thereby protecting the input supply and the downstream circuits connected to the device. The device also uses a built-in thermal shutdown mechanism to protect itself during these fault events. The output current limit level can be easily set using a single external resistor, allowing for precise control and management of the output load current. Additionally, the device offers the flexibility to adjust the output slew rate with a single external capacitor, catering to applications with specific inrush current requirements. ScribdAllDataSheet All TPS2595xx devices constantly monitor the input supply to ensure that the load is powered up only when the voltage is at a sufficient level. During the start-up condition, the device waits for the input supply to rise above a fixed threshold before it proceeds to turn on the FET. Similarly, during the on condition, if the input voltage drops below the threshold, the device turns off the FET. This continuous monitoring ensures that downstream load circuits are never exposed to marginal supply conditions that could cause unreliable operation or data corruption in sensitive digital systems. Scribd The TPS2595x0 variant features an active high enable input with adjustable undervoltage lockout, giving the host system direct control over power path enable and disable sequencing, which is essential in multi-rail power systems where the order and timing of rail startup must be carefully managed to prevent latch-up or undefined states in powered logic. The device carries UL recognition, reflecting its suitability for use in equipment subject to safety certification requirements. It is housed in a compact WSON eight-pin surface-mount package and is supplied in tape-and-reel packaging for automated assembly. • ADF5611BCCZ

    ADF5611BCCZ

RF IC Synthesizer, VCO VSAT 7.3GHz ~ 14.6GHz SPI Interface 48-LGA (7x7) The ADF5611 allows implementation of fractional-N or integer-N phase-locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizers when used with an external loop filter and an external reference source. The wideband microwave voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) design permits frequency operation from 7300MHz to 14,600MHz at a single RF output. A series of frequency dividers with a differential frequency output allows operation from 57MHz to 14,600MHz. Analog and digital power supplies for the PLL circuitry range from 3.15V to 3.45V, and the VCO supplies are between 4.75V and 5.25V. The ADF5611 has an integrated VCO with a fundamental frequency of 3650MHz to 7300MHz. These frequencies are internally doubled and routed to the RFOUT pin. An additional differential output allows the doubled VCO frequency to be divided by 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, or 128, allowing the user to generate RF output frequencies as low as 57MHz. A simple 3- or 4-wire serial port interface (SPI) provides control of all on-chip registers. To conserve power, this divider block can be disabled when not needed through the SPI. Likewise, the output power for both the single-ended output and the differential output are programmable. The integrated phase detector and Δ-Σ modulator, capable of operating at up to 100MHz, permit wide loop bandwidths and fast frequency tuning with a typical spurious level of −105dBc. With a VCO open-loop phase noise at an 100kHz offset from −115dBc/Hz at a 7.3GHz RFOUT to −109dBc/Hz at a 14.6GHz RFOUT, the ADF5611 is equipped to minimize blocker effects and to improve receiver sensitivity and transmitter spectral purity. The low phase noise floor eliminates any contribution to modulator and mixer noise floor in transmitter applications. ► RFOUT frequency range: 7300MHz to 14,600MHz ► PDIV_OUT and NDIV_OUT frequency range: 57MHz to 14,600MHz ► Fractional-N synthesizer and integer-N synthesizer modes ► Typical PFD spurious: <−105dBc ► Integrated RMS jitter at 1kHz to 100MHz integration bandwidth: <40fs ► Normalized inband phase noise floor FOM ► Integer mode: −232dBc/Hz ► Fractional mode: −229dBc/Hz ► Maintains frequency lock over −40°C to +85°C (lock and leave) ► Low phase noise VCO ► −115dBc/Hz typical at 100kHz (7.3GHz) ► −114dBc/Hz typical at 100kHz (10GHz) ► −109dBc/Hz typical at 100kHz (14.6GHz) ► RFOUT power (typical): 6dBm ► Programmable divide by 1, 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, or 128 output ► Programmable output power level ► Typical power dissipation: 1W ► 48-terminal, 7 mm × 7 mm LGA package: 49 mm2 #ADF5611BCCZ #ADF5611 #FrequencySynthesizer #PLL #MicrowaveSynthesizer #RFIC #LowPhaseNoise #VCO #WirelessInfrastructure #SatelliteCommunication #MicrowaveRadio #TestAndMeasurement #AnalogDevices #RFDesign #ClockGeneration
