TI Part Audit

Audit complete. The official TI datasheet URL was already set, so no property update was required.
  • Metadata: MPN, manufacturer, 33 terminals, description, and 32-pin VQFN RSM package are correct.
  • Key specs: USB PD 3.2 source controller; PPS/AVS; integrated 5 V/3 A, 36 mΩ source switch; 4–22 V VBUS; 3.0–3.6 V VIN_3V3; −40°C to 125°C junction range.
  • Symbol: All pin numbers and names match the datasheet.
  • Symbol mismatch: Every pin type is Unspecified, and pin descriptions are absent.
  • Footprint mismatch: Existing 0.20 × 0.75 mm perimeter pads centered at ±2.00 mm differ materially from TI’s recommended 0.20 × 0.55 mm lands and approximately 3.85 mm overall land-pattern span. The exposed pad is 2.85 mm rather than the specified 2.8 mm nominal.
I filed an internal part-quality report. The footprint should be corrected before using this part for manufacturing.
Check this schematic component against the datasheet for [MPN] and assign the correct pin orientation, section, and terminal order without changing, replacing, renumbering, or remapping any pins. Remove the Pin Group property from all pins if it exists. Place Power pins first and Ground pins last. Within each section, distribute the pins as evenly as possible between the left and right sides; for example, split 10 pins as 5/5 and 11 pins as 5/6 or 6/5. If a section contains only one pin, leave it on the most appropriate side. Keep the symbol compact, balanced, and visually symmetrical. If a pin function is unclear, assign Unclear / Check datasheet, then apply all changes directly to the schematic component.
I’ll use the current part, TPS25752ASRSMR, verify every pin function against the TI datasheet, then reorganize the symbol metadata without altering any pin numbers or mappings.
Updated all 33 TPS25752ASRSMR terminals from the TI datasheet. Assigned six ordered sections, balanced orientations at 17 left/16 right, placed Power first and Ground last, assigned unique terminal orders, and removed Pin Group everywhere.
All pin names, numbers, mappings, and footprint assignments remain unchanged.
