Footprint findings:
  • Pin count and pin-to-pad mapping are correct.
  • Pitch is correct at 0.65 mm.
  • Package family intent is correct for DCK / SC70-6.
  • Current pad length appears to be 1.2 mm, while TI's example land pattern calls out 0.9 mm pad length.
  • Current column center spacing is ±0.95 mm, giving 1.90 mm center-to-center and approximately 3.10 mm outer pad span if the 1.2 mm pad dimension is horizontal. TI's example indicates a 2.2 mm overall pad span, implying a materially smaller land pattern.
  • Current footprint uses rectangular pads, while TI shows R0.05 typical rounded corners. Rectangular pads are manufacturable but not an exact match to the example.
  • The footprint should be reviewed or regenerated against DCK0006A if exact TI-recommended land pattern compliance is required.
Mismatches / Issues to Flag
  1. Package property mismatch: Project property Package or Case Code is set to TO, but the official package is SC70 (DCK), drawing DCK0006A. This should be corrected.
