Pin Group Organization

Organize the terminals into proper pin groups, sections, orientations, and terminal order.
I’ll map all 40 terminals from the TI documentation, assign broad functional groups with matching sections, then set consistent symbol-side orientations and terminal order.
Organized and verified all 41 terminals into eight datasheet-based groups with matching sections and consistent orientations. Power is Top/order 1, Ground is Bottom/order 10, and signal/configuration groups are distributed across Left and Right without changing pin numbers, names, or mappings.
