Part Audit Report

Review all available part information (MPN, package, pin count, description, properties). If no datasheet URL is already set, search the web for the official datasheet and update the part's Datasheet property with the URL. Then cross-check the schematic symbol, footprint, and pin descriptions against the datasheet. Summarize key specs and flag any mismatches.
I’ll audit the part metadata, obtain the official datasheet if needed, compare the symbol and 200-pad footprint against it, update the Datasheet property, and document any mismatches.
The part is modeled as 200 terminal objects, so I’m performing an exhaustive pin/ball audit rather than sampling.
Audit complete. The 200-ball symbol map and 0.80 × 0.65 mm footprint geometry match the Micron datasheet; the Datasheet URL was already populated, so it was not changed. Key issues are incorrect package/mount metadata and missing Pin Type/Pin Description data for all 200 terminals.

Part Audit Report
Scope
Audit of Micron MT53E1G32D2FW-046 WT:C: project metadata, attached datasheet, 200-terminal schematic symbol, terminal descriptions/types, and PCB footprint.
Executive result
The 200-ball signal map and physical pad geometry match the Micron FW package drawing. The main defects are metadata quality: the package is incorrectly classified as TO, mount is Base, the part type is only generic Integrated Circuit, and all 200 terminals have Pin Type: Unspecified with no Pin Description. The Datasheet URL was already populated, so no URL change was required.

DescriptionLPDDR4X/LPDDR4 feature excerptRelevant but truncated; punctuation in voltage/frequency ranges is damaged
Key specifications
  • Memory: 32 Gb (4 GB), 1G x 32.
  • Organization: two 16 Gb dies; two x16 channels per die; dual-channel, dual-rank package.
  • Interface: unified LPDDR4X/LPDDR4 SDRAM, 16n prefetch, 8 banks per channel.
  • Speed grade: -046, 2133 MHz clock / 4266 Mb/s per pin maximum.
  • Supplies: VDD1 1.70-1.95 V (1.80 V nominal); VDD2 1.06-1.17 V (1.10 V nominal); VDDQ 0.57-0.65 V (0.60 V nominal for LPDDR4X), with 1.10 V LPDDR4 operation also supported by the unified family.
  • Temperature: WT, -25 C to +85 C.
  • Package: FW, 200-ball TFBGA, 10.0 x 14.5 x 1.1 mm.
  • Ball geometry: 0.80 mm column pitch, 0.65 mm row pitch, 8.8 x 13.65 mm outer ball-center spans, approximately 0.40 mm SMD lands.
  • ZQ0/ZQ1: connect each to VDDQ through 240 ohm +/-1%.
Symbol and ball-map audit
  • 200 terminals are present.
  • All ball coordinates are unique; no duplicate, missing, or extra balls were identified.
  • All ball-number-to-signal assignments match Micron Figure 6.
  • No channel/rank suffix errors were found.
  • Signal counts: 58 VSS, 24 VDD2, 20 VDDQ, 32 DQ, 12 DNU, 12 CA, 8 VDD1, 8 DQS, 5 NC, 4 CK, 4 CKE, 4 CS, 4 DMI, 2 ZQ, 2 ODT_CA, and 1 RESET_N.
  • Spot checks: DQ0_A/B = B2/AA2; CA0_A/B = H2/R2; DQS0_T_A/B = D3/W3; ZQ0/ZQ1 = A5/A8; RESET_N = T11.
  • Uppercase _T, _C, and _N naming is semantically equivalent to datasheet lowercase _t, _c, and _n.
Pin metadata mismatches
All 200/200 terminals currently use Pin Type: Unspecified, and 200/200 lack a Pin Description.
Recommended classifications:

DNU12Reserved or Not Connected, with explicit handling description
Descriptions should summarize Micron Table 5. In particular, DNU means do not use; must be grounded or left floating, while NC is not internally connected. Combining both under Reserved / No Connect is visually acceptable but semantically imprecise unless each terminal has a clear description.
Footprint audit
Direct persisted pad coordinates verify the package geometry:
  • A1 to A12: x = -4.4 mm to +4.4 mm, giving the required 8.8 mm span and 0.80 mm pitch.
  • A1 to AB1: y = +6.825 mm to -6.825 mm, giving the required 13.65 mm span and 0.65 mm pitch.
  • Pad size is approximately 0.399 x 0.399 mm, matching the nominal 0.40 mm SMD land.
  • 200 circular top-side SMD pads are present.
  • Body designation corresponds to 10.0 x 14.5 x 1.1 mm.
No electrical pad-map or pitch mismatch was found. The asset name suggests 0.65 mm pitch, but the actual persisted coordinates correctly use rectangular 0.80 x 0.65 mm pitch; direct geometry is the source of truth.
Datasheet/revision note
The attached Micron PDF is Rev. G (May 2022) and its shown part-number table lists the earlier WT:B revision, while Micron's official catalog has a dedicated MT53E1G32D2FW-046-WT-C product page. The family pin map, package code, geometry, and key electrical specifications are consistent. Exact revision-C change details are not stated in the attached PDF, so revision-specific delta validation remains unverified.
Flagged mismatches
  1. Package or Case Code: TO is wrong; use FW / 200-ball TFBGA.
  2. Mount: Base is wrong/nonstandard; use surface mount/SMD.
  3. Part Type: Integrated Circuit is overly generic; DRAM is preferred.
  4. All 200 Pin Type properties are unspecified.
  5. All 200 Pin Description properties are absent.
  6. The project description is truncated and has damaged numeric-range punctuation.
  7. The attached PDF does not explicitly list revision :C, although the official Micron product page confirms that ordering code exists.
  1. Correct package, mount, part type, and clean description metadata.
  2. Populate electrical Pin Type for all 200 terminals.
  3. Populate datasheet-derived Pin Description for all 200 terminals, distinguishing NC from DNU.
  4. Retain the current footprint geometry; do not compress or expand it based only on its filename.
  5. If revision-level traceability is required, attach a Micron document explicitly covering the :C revision or its product-change notice.
