Pin Function Grouping

Grouped all 29 pins by function:
  • Power: supply, charge pump, regulator, GND/exposed pad
  • Phase A / B / C: bootstrap, high-side, low-side, logic inputs
  • Protection & Configuration: current sense, overcurrent reference, dead time
  • Control & Status: nSLEEP and nFAULT
Pin numbers and mappings were preserved, with deterministic ordering added within each group.
Assign a Terminal Order from 1 to 10, starting with Power. Power should be Terminal Order 1, and Ground should be last, Terminal Order 10. For Orientation, set Power to "Top" and Ground to "Bottom." For the remaining sections/groups, you may decide the Terminal Order and Orientation yourself. For Orientation, distribute them between "Left" and "Right" — don't put everything on one side. Each group/section should have a different orientation.
I’ll consolidate the pins into 10 functional groups, assign group order 1–10 with Power first and Ground last, and alternate the intermediate groups between Left and Right.
Assigned 10 ordered functional groups:
  1. Power — Top
  2. Phase A Inputs — Left
  3. Phase A Driver — Right
  4. Phase B Inputs — Left
  5. Phase B Driver — Right
  6. Phase C Inputs — Left
  7. Phase C Driver — Right
  8. Control and Timing — Left
  9. Protection and Status — Right
  10. Ground — Bottom
