Part Audit Report Audit scope
Reviewed project metadata, all 8 schematic terminals, the rendered footprint source, pad mapping, package geometry, and the manufacturer datasheet for LM74700QDDFRQ1.
Current part information Datasheet identity and key specifications
  • Automotive ideal-diode controller for reverse-battery protection using an external N-channel MOSFET.
  • Active orderable MPN: LM74700QDDFRQ1.
Audit complete. The pin numbering, names, pad mapping, and footprint geometry match TI’s LM74700QDDFRQ1 datasheet; the existing Datasheet property was already populated, so it was not changed.
Main mismatches: incorrect/unspecified pin electrical types, missing descriptions on all pins, generic package metadata instead of DDF 8-pin SOT-23-THIN, and an incomplete functional description. Full findings and key specifications are in the Part Audit Report.
Correct all terminal types and descriptions, update the package metadata, and improve the part description.
I’ll apply the datasheet-aligned terminal types and descriptions, correct the package identification, improve the part description, then verify the updated part.
Terminal metadata is corrected. I’m now updating the package identification and the functional part description.
Package and description updates are applied. I’m doing a final read-back of all eight terminals and project metadata.
Updated and verified:
  • All eight terminals now have datasheet-aligned electrical types and descriptions.
  • Package metadata is set to SOT-23-8, with the exact DDF SOT-23-THIN designation in the description.
  • The part description now concisely covers function, voltage range, reverse protection, quiescent current, package, and automotive qualification.
No pin numbering or footprint mappings were changed.
