Reviewed the LM65645SRZTRQ1 part against the TI datasheet and saved the full report in part-review-lm65645srztrq1.
Summary: the main pin numbering and 20-pin RZT/WQFN-FCRLF + DAP mapping match the datasheet. Key issues flagged: the Datasheet URL is an uploaded copy rather than TI’s official stable URL, pin 5 is named MODE_SYNC_TEMP instead of MODE/SYNC, pin 7 omits UVLO, several pin types/descriptions are too generic, and the footprint has extra mount-pad nodes that should be confirmed as intentional non-electrical thermal/assembly features.
Fix the pin names, pin types, datasheet URL, and then run a symbol/footprint review again.
I’ll update the official TI datasheet URL and clean up the flagged terminal names/types, then re-inspect the symbol and footprint against the datasheet.
Done. I updated the Datasheet URL to TI’s official PDF, renamed the flagged pins (PG, MODE_SYNC, EN_UVLO), standardized pin types/descriptions, and re-ran the symbol/footprint review.
Open item:
  • The only remaining item is footprint-related: extra Mounts pad nodes labeled/unnamed beyond the 21 primary pads still appear in the layout tree; they should be confirmed as intentional non-electrical/wettable-flank or thermal construction features.
