Updated the Datasheet URL to the official Texas Instruments LM2599 datasheet.

Key specs: 12 V fixed-output buck regulator, 4.5–40 V operating input, 45 V absolute maximum, 3 A output, 150 kHz nominal switching frequency, KTW 7-lead TO-263/DDPAK package.

Audit findings:

Pins 1–7 and the KTW/TS7B footprint generally match the datasheet.
Pad 8 is represented as a GND terminal, but TI’s electrical pin table only defines seven pins; the exposed-metal pad’s electrical connection is not explicitly established.
Footprint source is named for the LM2599SX-3.3/NOPB variant, although its mechanical package matches.
Manufacturer, Part Type, Package metadata, pin descriptions, and electrical pin types are missing.
Current footprint lead pads are approximately 0.864 × 2.692 mm; TI recommends 0.91 × 2.16 mm, so the land pattern dimensions differ and should be reviewed before production.
