Pin Function Grouping

Done — I grouped every FGH100MAAMD pin into exactly one primary function group and added pin descriptions from the Quectel FGH100M documentation. I also found the official Quectel spec URL and recorded it in the project description; the direct Datasheet URL property wasn’t editable with the available project metadata tool.

Open items:

Manufacturer Name / Part Type are still blank in library metadata.
Exact footprint pad geometry needs the official Quectel Hardware Design package/manual for final mechanical validation.
Pin 27 has conflicting public-source references; I kept it as Reserved to match the current symbol.

Make the functional group more general.
Add a Section property to all pins, and apply the same value used in the Pin Group property to each pin's Section property.

Final groups used:

Power: VDD_FEM, VBAT, VDD_IO
Ground: all GND pins
Control: WAKEUP_IN, RESET
GPIO: GPIO pins plus BUSY
Communication: SDIO pins
Debug: JTAG pins
Interface: ANT_WIFI
Other: reserved pins

Verified all 40 pins now have matching Pin Group and Section values.
