Part Datasheet Review


Updated all 65 terminals so Pin Group and Section are populated and identical using broad functional groups: Power, Ground, Cell Monitor, Communication, GPIO, Current Sense, and Thermal Pad.
Open items:
  • AVSS_2 remains grouped as Thermal Pad because pin 65 is the exposed PowerPAD, not a normal datasheet pin.
Suggested next steps:
  1. Rename AVSS_2 to PowerPAD or EP.
  2. Rebuild the HTQFP-64 PAP footprint.
  3. Run part review checks after the footprint is fixed.
Assign Terminal Order and Pin Orientation, then run a schematic/symbol review.

  • Footprint quality is still a separate unresolved issue from the prior review.
