    Single-Cell Linear Li-Ion Battery Charger & Power Management IC – I²C-controlled single-cell lithium-ion/polymer battery charger with integrated power-path management, system voltage regulation, 16-bit ADC, and 150 mA LDO for wearables, IoT devices, medical electronics, wireless sensors, and portable embedded systems. Supports a programmable fast-charge current from 1.25 mA to 500 mA, operates from a 3.9 V to 6.05 V input, and provides a programmable battery regulation voltage from 3.6 V to 4.6 V in 10 mV steps. Features 10 nA ship mode, power-path management with regulated PMID output, integrated 150 mA low-dropout regulator (LDO), 16-bit ADC for monitoring battery voltage, charge current, input voltage, system voltage, and temperature, 6.2 V input overvoltage protection (OVP), JEITA-compliant temperature monitoring, watchdog timer, safety timers, NTC battery temperature sensing, and I²C programmable charging parameters. Specified for operation over a −40°C to +85°C temperature range and housed in a 20-ball DSBGA package.
