Retained hard requirements are BG95M3LA-64-SGNS + ST4SIM-300M, independent native USB2 paths for BG95 debug and the 4-pin dock, nRF5340 hub, PN7160, Qi/BQ25895 charging, harvesting interfaces, AD5940, main-board sensors, eMMC, and the 40-pin MIPI display connector. Destructive migration is blocked pending an authoritative Rockchip LPDDR4X reference topology/IOMUX package, a fully audited RK809-5 library part and exact PMIC rail map, and a complete typical/peak/sleep rail budget including BG95 transmit transients at minimum protected battery voltage. Existing compute circuitry is preserved non-destructively until those gates close.
