AMC3330 Part Audit

Audit complete against the official TI AMC3330 datasheet.
  • Metadata: MPN, manufacturer, 16-pin DWE SOIC package, description, pin count, and −40°C to +125°C range are consistent. The Datasheet URL was already populated, so no update was required.
  • Symbol: All 16 pin names and numbers match the datasheet.
  • Mismatches: Every terminal has Pin Type = Unspecified and lacks a Pin Description; these should reflect TI’s power, ground, analog input/output, and digital open-drain classifications.
  • Critical footprint issue: The footprint appears approximately 1000× undersized. Pads are reported as 0.00065 × 0.00195 mm with 0.00127 mm pitch, versus TI’s recommended 0.6 × 1.65 mm pads at 1.27 mm pitch. The DWE body is nominally 10.1–10.5 × 7.4–7.6 mm.
  • Key specs: 3.0–5.5 V supply, ±1 V linear input range, fixed gain 2 V/V, 300 kHz minimum bandwidth, 85 kV/µs minimum CMTI, and 4250 VRMS/1-minute reinforced isolation.
The pin metadata and footprint scaling should be corrected before this part is used on a PCB.
