Transformer Model Asset Repair

Please fix this, based from this flag issue:
O part Würth 750811611 usado como T1 contém nó Model, mas sem asset/storageName/URL resolvido no read-back; portanto o corpo 3D não pode ser auditado. O footprint/pads permanece fonte de verdade e não foi movido para compensar.
I’ll repair the transformer’s 3D model reference, check its alignment against the existing footprint, and leave the pads unchanged.

"Transformer Model Asset Repair" completed.
Fixed: I linked the verified official STEP model beneath the footprint and disabled the legacy root model; the active model now resolves to an auditable asset. I verified scale, seating, and lead alignment without changing any of the 12 pads—details are in Model Audit.
The vendor model omits a visible pin-1 marking, so that feature remains unverified; the footprint’s pad-1 location is confirmed.

Model Audit
Outcome
Completed: recovered and verified existing official STEP, linked an enabled Model beneath the footprint, centered the terminal field, verified scale/seating/lead overlap, and preserved every footprint/pad geometry value. The reported missing-reference condition was not reproduced on initial inspection: the legacy root model already resolved to an asset, storage name and conversion URL. Its incorrect ownership was repaired by creating the footprint-owned model and disabling the root model.
Warning / incomplete check: the official STEP has no visible printed pin-1 dot or terminal-number labels. Pad 1 quadrant and corresponding terminal overlap are verified; a visible model pin-1 marking cannot be certified. No speculative marking was added.

  • Storage name: document_assets/750811611-75af580c-dfb5-4d73-b5ec-7157015fc97d.stp
  • Official product family explicitly lists 070-5900 (rev1).STEP for exact order code 750811611.
  • Official STEP download
  • Recovered asset and independently downloaded vendor file have identical SHA-256: f1b20c8cadd7c400f67247c0b9c25042035275a41e425f1a157a72161fe3bf28.
  • STEP header: EFD20_5900_0251.STEP, SolidWorks 2017, timestamp 2019-01-31T19:15:49. Six solids imported successfully. No replacement upload or authored dimensions needed.
  • Asset pipeline GLB downloaded and parsed successfully: 589 geometry entries. Unit conversion is consistent with millimeter STEP dimensions and meter GLB dimensions.
Persisted model and transform
  • Footprint parent: 88bebe1f-44fa-4c28-8c96-a6d7620996b1.defaultFootprint.
  • Enabled Model: aa8dc78d-7161-4fc8-a0a4-0aa2fbd56c15, name Transformer.
  • Position: 16.9mm -10.75mm 0mm; rotation: 90 0 0 degrees; unit scale (1,1,1); zIsUp true; physicalMaterials true; showEdges false.
  • Nonzero translation and X rotation correct the unmodified vendor STEP datum, rather than alter any source geometry. Source bounds in mm: X −33.265…−0.535, Y 0…11.9000001, Z −20.85…−0.65.
  • Final local bounds in mm: X −16.365…16.365, Y −10.1…10.1, Z approximately 0…11.9000001. Seating surfaces are at Z=0 (floating-point residual below 1e−12 mm).
  • Legacy ROOT.Model is retained but active=false, confirmed on final read-back. The delete-node API refused this generated/nondeletable node; disabling it prevents duplicate rendering without modifying the footprint asset.
  • Final scene-tree read-back reports the exact asset, storageName and resolvable GLB URL on the enabled footprint child.
Mechanical fit evidence
The datasheet specifies maximum envelope dimensions 33.8 × 21.5 mm and maximum height 12 mm; the measured vendor model envelope 32.73 × 20.20 × 11.90 mm fits within these limits.
The datasheet identifies a dot as the pin-1 marking.
Computed scene pad 1 is PRI_1 at (−15.36,+7.5,0) mm, quadrant (−X,+Y). The unchanged KiCad silk marker at (−17.99,−7.639) mm maps to (−17.99,+7.639) mm in the rendered scene, next to pad 1. Do not use the embedded Y-down pad coordinate as a scene Y value.
All 12 vendor terminal seating faces lie within their unchanged copper rectangles. Their X ranges are −16.365…−14.7151 and +14.7151…+16.365 mm; Y centers are ±1.485, ±4.455, ±7.425 mm, each 0.710 mm wide. Each seating face is approximately 1.6499 × 0.710 mm. Maximum Y center mismatch versus 3.0 mm footprint pitch is 0.075 mm; minimum lateral Y containment margin is 0.195 mm. The model uses nominal 2.97 mm terminal pitch; no scaling or pad movement was applied to force exact center matching.

3D Model

The native exported scene was inspected and rendered, confirming one package above the board, both lead rows on the pad rows, and the pin-1 silk dot at upper left. This is native exported geometry, not a reconstructed board. A preliminary source-model overlay was a reconstruction from read-back pad coordinates and is secondary evidence only.

Original versus final pad geometry
The initial and final full scene-tree reads show identical footprint payload, footprint UID, origin (0,0,0), rotation (0,0,0), Top layer, and pad geometry. For every pad: local size 1.25 × 3.05 mm; rotation Z=90 degrees; rendered copper rectangle 3.05 × 1.25 mm; Z=0; rectangular SMD; F.Cu/F.Paste/F.Mask; scale 1. No pad rules or footprint assets were changed. Pad field outer extents are X ±16.885 mm, Y ±8.125 mm. All original/final deltas below are exactly zero in the read-back values.

Limitations and scope status
  • Completed: durable model resolution, official-source identity, footprint ownership, scale, seating, lead fit, native 3D read-back, unchanged pad comparison.
  • Failed/incomplete: independent confirmation of a visible pin-1 feature on the STEP, because the official model omits its printed identification. Footprint pad 1 and silk quadrant are verified; geometry is symmetric in Y so printed polarity cannot be inferred from the model alone.
  • Unattempted/not required: new vendor asset upload and authored replacement, since the existing asset was recovered and byte-verified.
  • Automated post-mutation DRC checks returned NOT CHECKED for this part project; this is not a clean DRC certificate. Verification here is scene-tree comparison and mechanical/native 3D inspection.
  • Electrical winding assignment, symbol pinout correctness, isolation compliance and overall library publication were not part of this model-only repair.
