Transformer Symbol Audit

The audit found a serious symbol issue: pin 2 is shown as a primary connection but is unused in the official winding diagram. I’m doing a final read-back of the stored metadata and pin mapping before closing the review.
Audit complete for Würth Elektronik Midcom 750811611, an EFD20 SMT, 12-pad WE‑OLEFD transformer. The existing Datasheet property was already populated, so it was not changed; the official datasheet is https://www.we-online.com/components/products/datasheet/750811611.pdf.
  • Key specs: 800 µH ±10% primary, 68–100 kHz, dual 5 V/2 A outputs, 1.4 A typical saturation current, 27 µH max leakage, 4500 VAC primary-to-secondary isolation, −40°C to +125°C.
  • Critical mismatch: pin 2 is NC in the official winding diagram but is labeled PRI_2 in the symbol. Actual windings are primary 1–3, auxiliary 4–6 and 4–5, and secondaries 7–10 and 8–11; pins 2, 9, and 12 are unused.
  • Pin descriptions, electrical types, winding graphics, and polarity dots are missing. The footprint’s 12 pads, 3 mm pitch, and overall dimensions appear plausible, but its asset is incorrectly named 7508116312, lacks an explicit courtyard, and the 3D alignment was not fully verifiable.
  • The project description’s 5 V/1.75 A outputs differ from the datasheet’s typical 5 V/2 A rating.
Disposition: not safe to use as-is until the symbol pin mapping, winding relationships, and polarity are corrected.
