Part Verification Review

Review all available part information (MPN, package, pin count, description, properties). If no datasheet URL is already set, search the web for the official datasheet and update the part's Datasheet property with the URL. Then cross-check the schematic symbol, footprint, and pin descriptions against the datasheet. Summarize key specs and flag any mismatches.
I’ll inspect the part metadata and existing symbol/footprint, look up the official datasheet if needed, update the Datasheet property, then verify pin/footprint details against the source.
I found the connector behind the footprint as Molex 5031590600 and added the official Molex drawing/datasheet URL to the part properties; now I’m validating the symbol and footprint details against that source.

Done — I added the official Molex sales/customer drawing URL as the part’s Datasheet URL and created the full verification notes in Part Verification Report.
Key flags: the footprint/symbol mostly match Molex 5031590600, but the MPN metadata still says CONN_006P_000C_1, manufacturer metadata is missing, and the terminal drill is slightly larger than Molex’s recommended hole range. Suggested next step: update the MPN/manufacturer properties and decide whether to tighten the terminal drill to the Molex recommendation.

Drill Diameter Caveat
The official sales drawing states terminal holes as Ø0.7 +0.1/0 mm, i.e. 0.70-0.80 mm if interpreted as finished hole size. The current footprint uses 0.8128 mm terminal drills, which is 0.0128 mm above the 0.80 mm upper end. This is a small but real datasheet-compliance caveat. It may still assemble depending on fabrication drill interpretation and tolerance, but strict compliance would use a finished terminal hole within the Molex 0.70-0.80 mm range.
The copper pad diameter of 1.3208 mm gives about 0.254 mm annular ring with the current drill, which is generally reasonable; the flagged issue is the hole diameter, not the annular ring.

Mismatches / Issues Flagged
  1. Manufacturer Part Number metadata mismatch: the part property currently says CONN_006P_000C_1, but the physical part represented by the footprint/model is Molex 5031590600 / 503159-0600.
  2. Manufacturer metadata is missing: the part should identify Molex as manufacturer if this is intended to be the real Molex part.
  3. Terminal drill caveat: current electrical terminal drill is 0.8128 mm vs Molex recommended Ø0.7 +0.1/0 mm.
  4. Symbol metadata is sparse: pin type is Unspecified and pin descriptions are absent. This is acceptable for a passive connector but lower quality than explicit Passive pins named Contact 1 through Contact 6.
  5. Part Type uses plural Connectors; a normalized value such as Connector would be cleaner if library conventions expect singular naming.
Verdict
The schematic pin count, footprint pad numbering, 1.50 mm pitch staggered geometry, single boss/peg hole, footprint name, and STEP model are consistent with Molex 5031590600. The main action items are metadata cleanup and a decision on whether to tighten the terminal drill to the Molex recommended finished-hole range.
