Design an 8-input to 3-output encoder WITH PRIORITY, considering:
1. truth table.
2. Output equations.
3. Logic diagram.
You can use 2, 3 or 4 input logic gates if you prefer.
You can do it in a notebook or in a simulator like multisim.
