Je signale aussi le problème de qualité de la pièce RJ45 importée sans broches, parce que c’est un vrai bloqueur de carte fiable. Ensuite je vais auditer BOM/footprints/layout avant de toucher au PCB, pour éviter de router sur de mauvaises empreintes.

Je suis bloqué maintenant : il n’y a plus d’ACUs disponibles, donc je ne peux plus exécuter d’actions IA/outils pour continuer la carte.
Ce que j’ai fait dans cette reprise :
  • Reconstruit la connectivité logique HubCAN_RP2350 : 198 composants source, 125 nets, ERC ciblé propre sur flottants/NC/power/single-pin/footprints.
  • Corrigé plusieurs réseaux manquants : buck TPS54360, RP2350 VREG/ADC, eFuses TPS16630, CAN, USB, QSPI, ADC, LEDs, RUN/BOOT.
  • Créé les notes : Notes de reconstruction HubCAN RP2350.
  • Signalé le problème qualité de la pièce HC-RJ45-5JA-4-4 importée sans broches exploitables.
Ce qui reste à faire pour obtenir la vraie carte :
  • Remplacer/valider le RJ45 exact avec footprint et pinout corrects.
  • Vérifier datasheets composant par composant, surtout TPS54360, TPS16630, RP2350, MCP2518FD, ATA6561, ADS1015.
  • Assigner les vrais packages/MPN aux passifs génériques.
  • Nettoyer le schéma visuellement.
  • Configurer stackup/règles PCB, placer, router, puis DRC/ERC final.
