I can’t add RAK19003 into this project as-is for two reasons:

This current project isn’t editable from your account.
I also couldn’t find an exact Flux library entry for RAK19003.

For a missing part, the recommended Flux flow is: check the library first, then either import it from an EDA library file or create it from a datasheet/specs if it isn’t there . Project modifications like adding components are done through the project modification tools, but only when the project is editable and the part exists or has been created/imported first .
