Using Review (ERC/DRC) Tool.

Voici comment procéder pour traiter vos 21 revues de façon efficace, par ordre de priorité :

1. Corriger les erreurs critiques (DRC Errors)

Overlapping Copper
Identifiez et supprimez les zones où des pistes, vias ou zones de cuivre se chevauchent. Utilisez le mode “Copper Pour” en coupe grand format pour visualiser et corriger rapidement.
Airwires
Routez toutes les connexions listées (J2 pins, U2 GPIOs, etc.) pour éliminer les fils volants. Priorisez :
1. J2:14 ↔ Via
2. J2:5 ↔ U2:34
3. … jusqu’à J2:15 ↔ U2:24
Component Overrides
Retirez ou validez les “!important” sur les composants. Spécifiquement, corrigez l’override de Pin_8 (J1-8/GPIO33) en le routant sur Net 19 comme décrit précédemment.

2. Lancer et corriger les vérifications passives

Resistor Power Rating
Vérifiez que les résistances soumises à de forts courants (pont en H, LED, pull-ups) ont une puissance nominale adéquate (50 % de marge).
Pull Up/Pull Down Presence
Confirmez la présence de résistances de pull-up (4 k7) ou pull-down sur les lignes I²C, EN, RST, BOOT…
Capacitor Voltage Rating
Assurez-vous que chaque condensateur (découplage, bulk) supporte au moins la tension max du rail concerné (→ 16 V pour bulk 12 V, 6.3 V mini pour 5 V rail).

3. Vérifier la disponibilité et la fabrication

Parts Available
Confirmez que chaque composant a bien un MPN valide et est en stock chez au moins un distributeur (LCSC, Digi-Key, Mouser).
Auto-Layout (System Check)
Si vous utilisez l’Auto-Layout, corrigez les obstacles (zones bloquées, règles de largeur) pour optimiser la génération automatique.

Après chaque correction :

Relancez la revue correspondante (par catégorie ou reviewTypes).
Validez que le statut passe à “Success”.

Une fois tous les reviews passés en “Success”, votre PCB sera prêt pour l’export Gerber et la fabrication.
