Short answer: No. Based on knowledge base guidance for low-side MOSFET motor drivers (flyback diode across the motor; gate pulldown to source), your current nets are mis-assigned.
What’s wrong right now
Q1 source is on Net 2 with J2:P1 (battery side). For a low-side switch, the source must go to battery minus (ground).
The 10 kΩ pulldown R1 is currently gate-to-battery-plus (Net 3 ↔ Net 2). It must be gate-to-source (gate-to-ground).
The flyback diode is effectively referenced to the wrong battery rail because Motor+ is tied to the net with J2:P2. Per knowledge base guidance, the diode cathode must be on the motor’s positive node, which is the same node as battery plus.
Wirelessly connects nets on schematic. Used to organize schematics and separate functional blocks. To wirelessly connect net portals, give them same designator. #portal
